Bikini Waxing Policy
- I understand to schedule my bikini wax around my menstrual cycle days. -I understand to reschedule with 24 hour notice if I got my period and do not feel comfortable getting waxed with a tampon . -I understand and agree to wear a new tampon if I happen to be on my period the day of my appointment. -I understand if I choose to cancel the day of my appointment because of my period I forfeit my deposit.
Xelhua Policy Agreement
-I understand my deposit can be carry over when rescheduling with a 48 hour notice. -I understand same-day rescheduling, cancellations or arriving 5-10 minutes past my appointment time will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full amount of the service. -I understand Rescheduling or cancelling with in 48 hours to my service, I will be charged 100% of the cost of service(s). NO EXCEPTIONS. -I understand if I make any changes with in the 48 hours to my appointment that result is less time/ value I am still responsible for the remaining balance. -I understand all services require 50% deposit, and deposit is non refundable but may be transferred when rescheduling 48hrs or more prior to appointment time. -I understand if I will be late I will communicate via text, will only be given the remaining time of my service if it is possible, and or my appointment may be cancel. Will be charged the full amount of the service. -I understand I will receive a confirmation email with full details on the service, address, etc. and providing accurate contact information is necessary for this to be sent. -I understand NO KIDS or extra guests are allowed. Only clients with reserved appointments are welcomed at this time. -I understand to check in via text to 708-297-7972 when I have arrive my appointment. How often can I pre-book my next lash lift?We suggest clients reschedule for 6-8 after their lash lift service. Some clients will need to wait a little longer. This is due to the natural growth cycle and can vary per person.

How long does an eye lash lift last?A lash lift may last up to eight weeks. However, this will vary based on your eyelashes. Your stylist will collaborate with you to determine a maintenance schedule tailored to your lash needs.

Can I wear mascara?Absolutely! You can continue to wear your favorite eye makeup and lash products after the required 24-hour waiting period after your lash lift.

Covers everything front and back.
Ideally, hair growth should be approximately 1/4 inch long. (2 weeks of growth).
BV Bundle
Service includes Brazilian Wax & Vajacial. This will treat the bikini area if you suffer from ingrown hairs. The vajacial consists of a cleanse, exfoliation, ingrown hair extraction, hydra mask, finipil cream moisturizer and high frequency.
Recommend by me only, or if you have been getting wax for 6+ months with me you can book.
