Bikini Waxing Policies
- I understand to schedule my bikini wax around my menstrual cycle days. -I understand to reschedule with 24 hour notice if I got my period and do not feel comfortable getting waxed with a tampon . -I understand and agree to wear a new tampon if I happen to be on my period the day of my appointment. -I understand if I choose to cancel the day of my appointment because of my period I forfeit my deposit.
Xelhua Policy Agreement
-I understand my deposit can be carry over when rescheduling with a 48 hour notice. -I understand same-day rescheduling, cancellations or arriving 5-10 minutes past my appointment time will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full amount of the service. -I understand Rescheduling or cancelling with in 48 hours to my service, I will be charged 100% of the cost of service(s). NO EXCEPTIONS. -I understand if I make any changes with in the 48 hours to my appointment that result is less time/ value I am still responsible for the remaining balance. -I understand all services require 50% deposit, and deposit is non refundable but may be transferred when rescheduling 48hrs or more prior to appointment time. -I understand if I will be late I will communicate via text, will only be given the remaining time of my service if it is possible, and or my appointment may be cancel. Will be charged the full amount of the service. -I understand I will receive a confirmation email with full details on the service, address, etc. and providing accurate contact information is necessary for this to be sent. -I understand NO KIDS or extra guests are allowed. Only clients with reserved appointments are welcomed at this time. -I understand to check in via text to 708-297-7972 when I have arrive my appointment.
